What Can I do For You?

Now I must state here, that by no means am I promoting kettlebells as the be-all to end-all.  No one training tool, nor method is.  What kettlebell training is, is a flexible and simple vehicle to meeting the guidelines of my personal philosophy on true, functional fitness.  In my daily training I do a great variety of various exercises and training.  I run, bike, do body-weight resistance work, swim, ...and yeah, even lift weights (sometimes).  However, the basis, the foundation if you will of my physical regime is a cast ball of iron with a handle. 

Simplistic... and Genius.

I and my wife Cindy  both, are both certified Agatsu Kettlebell Instructors  by Agatsu founder Shawn Mozen, and we are excited to spread the word and promote the Kettlebell Revolution! 

We train out of the Barrhaven area of Ottawa where Cindy focuses on ladies' one on one personal fitness and can be reached at feelnfine.ca, while I am focused on training men and those looking for a blistering and hardcore workout unlike anything you have experienced at irondiscipline.com
