What Can I do For You?
Now I must state here, that by no means am I promoting kettlebells as the be-all to end-all. No one training tool, nor method is. What kettlebell training is, is a flexible and simple vehicle to meeting the guidelines of my personal philosophy on true, functional fitness. In my daily training I do a great variety of various exercises and training. I run, bike, do body-weight resistance work, swim, ...and yeah, even lift weights (sometimes). However, the basis, the foundation if you will of my physical regime is a cast ball of iron with a handle.

I and my wife Cindy both, are both certified Agatsu Kettlebell Instructors by Agatsu founder Shawn Mozen, and we are excited to spread the word and promote the Kettlebell Revolution!
