Last Saturday's class was awesome! I had a great time and I'm looking forward to this Saturday's class. I expect we'll all have to start wearing our winter layers. Thanks again Darren.
I've recently been introduced to Kettlebells and now I'm addicted. I really enjoy the full body workout and the variety of exercises' that Iron Discipline introduces each week. I like the step by step explanation of each exercise and the description of body parts that are being worked out. I know when Darren presents his exercise board, or as I like to call it, "Push Yourself To The Limit Workout". You know you are in for an invigorating and challenging workout, in which pushes you to the ultimate limits of your exercise goals.
Looking forward to next Saturday's class. I'm determine to complete all 10 Burpees Ciao.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU for Saturday's class Darren!! It was an awesome class and I'm very greatful you took the time to run it!
Nice to have the "IronDiscipline Man" back!
Looking forward to next Saturday's class!
Cheers,
Ka ;-)
Lance sent this to my email, but I just had to put it up here as he has captured that zest and motivation I hope to instill in all of you in every class.
"Hi Darren
... Loved Saturdays class, there were some really cool new moves I had not done before, and it was good to hit the Turkish getups again. The kettlebell drag was awsome, I totally underestimated it, I figured that I could just pull it like a charged hose line firefighter style, it was a great lung burner. Have a great class on Saturday.
Cheers Lance"
Hi Darren
Cindy did a great job of kicking our rear ends on Saturday. I was wondering if in the future we could do a swing snatch test. maybe we could see how many swing snatches we could do in 5 minutes.
Cheers Lance
Hi Darren,
Awesome class today! Love the core stuff! Although I don't recommend running before a KB class. But it does make it more "interesting". Shoulders and Quads are sore (or is it soar?) already! When I see "two handed swing" on the board, chills go down my spine and I feel like quitting right then and there... Is that a normal or a common thing, or is it just me?
Always looking forward to next class!! Ka ;-)
